RETURN AND REFUNDS
REFUND/ EXCHANGE DUE TO DEFECTS POLICY
We accept refund requests within the first 3 days of receiving your order.
A refund is only applicable if:
- There is a defect in the product(s).
- The item(s) received were torn.
- The item(s) received were damaged.
- In order to file a claim for items damaged upon delivery, clear pictures of the damaged items must be attached.
- Kindly note that the customer will bear the costs involved to come by the vendor's location (WITHIN 3 DAYS) to do the exchange/return.
- We do not accept exchange of sizes/refunds if item has been kept for more than 3 days due to hygiene purposes in relation to the current COVID-19 situation.
- The correct orders and refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 working days after we have received and approved your request.

SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY
- We accept size exchange within the first 3 days of receiving your order. Returns are subject to the availability of the newly requested size and/or colour.
- We do not accept exchange of sizes/refunds if item has been kept for more than 3 days due to hygiene purposes in relation to the current COVID-19 situation. Any later than 3 days, your order will not be applicable for the exchange of size.
- Kindly note that the customer will bear the costs involved to come by the vendor's location (WITHIN 3 DAYS) to do the exchange.
- The materials must not have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
- Stickers must not be kept. (if any)
