RETURN AND REFUNDS

REFUND/ EXCHANGE DUE TO DEFECTS POLICY

We accept refund requests within the first 3 days of receiving your order.

A refund is only applicable if:

  • There is a defect in the product(s).
  • The item(s) received were torn.
  • The item(s) received were damaged.
  1. In order to file a claim for items damaged upon delivery, clear pictures of the damaged items must be attached.
  2. Kindly note that the customer will bear the costs involved to come by the vendor's location (WITHIN 3 DAYS) to do the exchange/return.
  3. We do not accept exchange of sizes/refunds if item has been kept for more than 3 days due to hygiene purposes in relation to the current COVID-19 situation.
  4. The correct orders and refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 working days after we have received and approved your request.

SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY

  • We accept size exchange within the first 3 days of receiving your order. Returns are subject to the availability of the newly requested size and/or colour.
  • We do not accept exchange of sizes/refunds if item has been kept for more than 3 days due to hygiene purposes in relation to the current COVID-19 situation. Any later than 3 days, your order will not be applicable for the exchange of size.
  • Kindly note that the customer will bear the costs involved to come by the vendor's location (WITHIN 3 DAYS) to do the exchange.
  • The materials must not have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Stickers must not be kept. (if any)
